Our Quality control (QC)

Pre Excavation:-

  • Checking column layout plan on an actual plot.
  • Is all reference point is created?

Excavation:-

  • Is the Hole for column and footing staked out correctly?
  • Is the hole is sufficient for the steel reinforcement size?
  • Is the depth of the hole is excavated up to Murum level?

Beam-column and footing:-

  • Is the column standing vertically?
  • Is the formwork and dimensions correct?
  • Are all columns aligned as per Drawing?
  • Is footing as per working drawing?
  • Is footing correctly positioned and finish should not be smooth?
  • Has the contractor checked all columns with reference points?
  • Has the beam filled by concrete properly?
  • Is vibrator being used for concrete to get a compressed and strong structure?
  • check for concrete surface and repair if left exposed.

Murum filling, Piping, and Underground water tank:-

  • Is Murum not too hard and not too soft?
  • Is Murum Vibrated and compressed properly?
  • Is the Murum level as per beam level?
  • Is under Murum plumbing pipe properly placed?
  • Do all drainage pipes have proper slopes?
  • Do all drainage pipes are properly covered by concrete?
  • Is the underground water tank is properly waterproofed?

Ground floor slab:-

  • Is steel reinforcement properly placed?
  • Is the top surface of Murum provided by thin polythene insulated or not?
  • Is the thickness of Concrete accurate?
  • Is top beam surface having Murum less surface or not?
  • Is concrete is being used in the proper ratio?
  • Is concrete cured properly?

Brickwork masonry:-

  • Is brick been laid correctly and in proper alignment?
  • check for brick cured with water before masonry work.
  • Is there a satisfactory level of quality finish with no evidence of excessive mortar?
  • Is joints thickness is up to the mark?
  • Are the ventilation gaps free of excess mortar?
  • check for Door and window size.
  • Is the curing has done for a minimum of 7 days?

First-floor slab:-

  • Is shuttering and support ok?
  • check for joint and hole sealing with a tap.
  • check for concrete ratio and thickness.
  • Is concrete compressed by vibrator properly?
  • Is steel reinforcement properly done as per engineer’s drawing?
  • Is waterproof chemical being used in the correct ratio?
  • Is steel provided by the Spacer between shuttering and steel bar?
  • Is under concrete electric pipe and box properly placed as per drawing?
  • Check for water salt.

Plastering and waterproofing:-

  • Are the water and electric lines completed?
  • Check for cleaning of masonry and RCC surface.
  • Sand granule size should not be too small or too large.
  • Check for the safety of Scaffoldings.
  • Is the mortar mix in the correct ratio?
  • Make sure of waterproofing agent if required in mortar mix.
  • Check for a number of coats and thickness.
  • Check for upward to downward plastering.
  • Check for a sharp corner, straight edges and smooth finish.
  • Check for removal of dead mortar and debris.
  • Is the electric point is properly left while plastering?
  • Check for curing for a specific time.

Plumbing and sanitary:-

  • Before plaster, check all water line with water pressure if any leakage found.
  • Install overhead water tank and check it filled fully.
  • Is the height of plumbing fixtures as per drawing?
  • Are the gas pipe and 4’ to 6’inch pipe is provided by anchor bolt to hold them properly?
  • Has all work done as per approved drawing.
  • Check all sanitaryware is properly working.
  • Check lines of hot and cold water.
  • Check for all traps if have any mortar filled into it.
  • Check all drainage line is cleaned and draining properly.

Electric work:-

  • Is the height of switch and socket as per drawing?
  • Is plates are fitted straight and correctly?
  • check for a gap between the wall and electric plates.
  • Have the conduits been inserted into the box properly?
  • Are all boxes on the same level height?
  • Is provision of a boring motor, air conditioner, and heavy electric use is given?
  • Check for TV and DTH cable provision.
  • Make sure to put MCBs for every room and hall.

Colour and painting:-

  • Is plastered wall rubbed by Cumi batti.
  • Is the wall cleaned and free from dirt and dust before putty?
  • Check for primer application.
  • Check for putty quality and a number of coats.
  • Punning if required.
  • Check for uniformity in final putty.
  • Check for colour code and uniform application of paint.

Door and window:-

  • Check for Door frames are installed vertically straight.
  • Check for the door is installed in proper alignment.
  • Check for a gap between door and doorframe.
  • Is the gap between window and wall filled with silicon?
  • Are all accessories of the door and window properly fitted?
  • Is polish work finishing looking good?
  • Is overall finishing appropriate and satisfactory?
