Quality control (QC):- We have a checklist to check quality at a different stage of construction. From Excavation to final finish we have approximately 150 checklist points which are check by our project manager on every stage. E.g. putting, slab, brickwork, plaster, plumbing, electrical work, tile, colour etc.	No such criteria.
