Notes and Extra charges
- Final Price may vary depending with plot or site conditions, structural design and final chosen finish material.
- Products can be customized as per your budget and requirements.
- All packages are for minimum 1000 sf area or more.
- Govt. permission, different approvals and Boring will charged Extra.
- Terrace measurement will be considered at the time of final billing.
- Apart from terrace measurement work, will be considered under semi construction area.
- Designing and interior designing Fees Rs 100/ per-sqft will be charged extra.
- Measurements will be taken separately for basement.
- One bathroom will be given every 500 square feet.
- Rain water harvesting will be charged extra.
- Once the plan is finalized and working starts on site, no major change will be possible.
Engineer details and extra charges:
- Circular or specific architectural staircase will be charged extra @ Rs 600/sqft.
- Tapered roof area will be charged at Rs 250/sqft.
- Elevations with Glass, CNC cut worked jaali , RCC pergolas, MS pergolas will be charged extra.
- Light, Fan, Landscaping, Chimney will be charged extra.
- All plumbing and electrical work will be done as per the drawing given by the Architect.
- Any other specifications requirement not maintained here will charged extra.
